Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping and choosing our products.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

You have 90 Calendar Days to return any item purchased from http://www.kidzkatch.com for any reason, no questions asked.  To be eligible for refunds or exchanges within this 90 Day Period, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will consider refunds or exchanges after the initial 90-Day Period from the date of purchase if it can be determined that the product has a defect of material or workmanship from the manufacturer.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund  after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Kid’z Katch!TM Limited 2 Year Warranty

Warranty:

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of KNB Innovations.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from KNB Innovations.

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, KNB Innovations will replace, at no charge, products that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

KNB Innovations will replace the product at no charge.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for physical goods purchased from KNB Innovations is two (2) years or 730 calendar days from the original date of purchase.

A replacement physical product assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical product or (1) year from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

What does the Limited Warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions or malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • Damage resulting from natural disasters
  • theft of a product
  • loss of a product

To be eligible for warranty service, you must first register your product at http://www.kidzkatch.com/warrantyregistration within 90 Days from the original date of purchase.
